ÇEMTAŞ has 4 Ultrasonic Test Equipment which are the products of GE IT (KRAUTKRAMER).



Ultrasonic test devices are used in the detection of interior as well as surface and subsurface faults. Our ROWA devices use probes with Phased Array technology which is a new technique. Ultrasonic sound waves generated by the probes reach the material through the pool of water rotating around the material. Faults are detected by the sound waves propagating in the material are reflected back from the irregularities (inclusion, void, crack) in the material and to separate the faulty materials dyes with different colors according to fault type are automatically sprayed where the fault is.
