With this awareness, the human resources process at ÇEMTAŞ; in line with company goals and strategies; As stated in the Internal Personnel Directive of Çemtaş Çelik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.; It accepts the principle of mutual rights and duties, which is based on the mutual goodwill, respect and love bonds of the company and its employees, especially the principle of justice, merit and equality.

In this direction, the Company; With a people-oriented approach, protects the material and moral rights of its employees, determines their needs and orientations, gives importance to their personal and professional development, and supports their career development

For this purpose, Human Resources practices is defined and applied at ÇEMTAŞ, as regulated in the Personnel Internal Directive, to create, evaluate and plan the current and future jobs, determine and allocate staff, and create an impartial and fair practice standard that will provide equal and self-development opportunities for the company members working in these positions

Occupational Health and Safety

Being aware of the fact that the most important value for a company is human resources, ÇEMTAŞ carries out many studies and activities on the basis of corporate and employees regarding the safety and health of its employees

ÇEMTAŞ, having TS EN ISO 45001 Employee Health and Safety Management System, holds once a month Occupational Health and Safety Board meeting , one of the permanent boards of ÇEMTAŞ, to carry out one-month evaluation studies.

Apart from this board, Departmental Occupational Safety officers of all departments have been determined, and there is an Occupational Health and Safety Working Group consisting of departmental occupational safety officers, environmental manager and Occupational safety manager.

This group reports its activities to the Occupational Health and Safety Board at monthly meetings and makes an action plan for the next period in order to help the Occupational Health and Safety Board to organize and follow up the occupational safety activities more closely and to make new operational decisions in line with the needs. Again, within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety studies, Occupational Safety risk analyzes are prepared, a near-miss form is used to prevent accidents before they occur, periodic field checks are carried out by the Occupational Safety Specialist, and any malfunctions are reported and eliminated. In order to prevent the recurrence of Occupational Accidents, accident-incident investigation and research forms are used to examine the cause of the accident and necessary studies are carried out to prevent the recurrence of the accident.
