Our laboratory aims to follow an impartial, fast, effective, continuous, accurate, stable, reliable and independent policy in line with the plans and targets of ÇEMTAŞ A.Ş., in accordance with the current legislation and the quality requirements of the 'TS EN ISO/IEC 17025' standard while continuing its testing/analysis activities and services.

Laboratory Management undertakes to serve its customers and the administration to which it is affiliated at a level and quality to meet the requirements of the International Standard 'TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 (General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories)'.

Laboratory Management;

Ensure that all staff read, understand and comply with the Quality Policy and Objectives,
Ensure that confidential customer information and proprietary rights are protected, and that the results of analysis are reliably stored and transmitted,
Not to transfer customers' information to third parties without the written consent of customers,
Ensure that all personnel adopt and implement quality policies and understand their responsibilities, and that they are kept free from any internal/external pressures and influences that may adversely affect the quality of the work performed and the decisions of the personnel,
Ensure that staff members at all levels are not involved in any way in a practice that could compromise or undermine the Laboratory's competence, integrity and independence,
To organize the necessary studies for the purchases that ensure technical competence in the purchase of all kinds of goods and services that affect the quality of the tests / analyzes performed,
To fulfill its responsibilities for the development and realization of the quality management system and the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the effectiveness of the management system,
Within the framework of the relevant legislation; to ensure that its personnel participate in domestic and international trainings in order to fulfill the demands of customers,
To be a laboratory that has adopted the understanding of reliability, honesty, impartiality, confidentiality, continuous improvement and scientificity with the quality of its duties and services,
Designing, selecting, implementing and regularly reviewing risk measurement models, which are a fundamental tool in the risk management process, and making necessary changes by performing scenario analysis,
Defining responsibilities related to risk management and conducting activities to raise stakeholder awareness,
To provide continuously increasing quality service by providing a laboratory environment that meets the requirements of TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 International Standard, for this; to ensure the development and continuity of existing infrastructure and human resources,
It undertakes to make the necessary changes in the quality system for continuous improvement, to carry out the necessary activities for the adoption and implementation of all these quality policies and to take internal/external quality assurance measures.
