The department in question carries out and continues to work on relations with partners in the field of investor relations, ensuring rights regarding investors, and following up the practices within the scope of capital market regulations and company disclosure policy its activities within the framework of the Corporate Governance Principles published by the C.M.B. in the field of Corporate Governance and the Corporate Governance practices of stock exchange Istanbul Companies.

Within the scope of Corporate Managing Principles, it operates primarily in order to organize Shareholders General Assembly Meetings, exercise investor rights and share stock transactions, as well as keeping the necessary records regarding the shareholders and meeting the information requests of the shareholders, especially C.M.B. and Stock Exchange İstanbul, as well as Takasbank and Central Registry Agency, and other relevant institutions and organizations. In addition, this section is responsible for following up on matters related to transactions to capital increases and dividend distribution, following up the decisions of the Board and the Audit Committee, keeping records of the work of other Committees within the Board, informing the public within the scope of capital market legislation, and information requests, including the website of investors.

In addition to these, the Corporate Management and Investor Relations Department is responsible for following up the regulations regarding capital markets within the Company and carrying out the necessary studies in this direction, as well as holding and following up the meetings of the Board General Assembly of Shareholders of the Company's subsidiaries and affiliate companies

Since February 10, 2005, the “Investor Relations Department” has been established under the Accounting Department, and finally, Mehmet Fikret PAMUK, Nermin SÖZER and Bülent GÜZELARSLAN have been appointed as the Investor Relations Department responsible. In addition, based on the decision of the Board dated 16 December 2015 and numbered 2015/40; Mehmet Fikret PAMUK has been appointed as the "Investor Relations Department Manager" in order to comply with the Corporate Managing Principles in accordance with Article 11 of the Corporate Managing Communiqué No. II.17.1 of the Capital Markets Board
