Production

Meltshop With our liquid steel capacity of 180,000 tons per year, we produce specialty steel in more than 300 grades and over 1,500 different sizes.

Rolling Mill The rolling mill unit is the unit where the prepared billet in the steel plant is rolled to the desired dimensions within specified tolerances as per the customer's requirements.

Finishing Lines Round section materials are 100% inspected in the Finishing Lines according to International Standards.

Heat Treatment The heat treatments applicable in our facilities are: Annealing, Stress Relieving, and Cold Workability Annealing.

Peeling Line ÇEMTAŞ owns peeling and straightening machines manufactured by SMS - SCHUMAG, utilizing the latest technology.

Stabilizer Bar In our production line, we are capable of manufacturing solid-type stabilizer bars ranging from 13mm to 80mm in diameter using peeled material.
