Circoflux is used to detect longitudinal cracks on the surface of materials with the surface quality of Sa2.5.



Depending on the customer's request, it is checked according to the defect depths defined by related standards. The magnetic flux is formed on the surface during the progression of the bar inside the device, and the leakage flux formed on the cracks is detected by the probes touching the surface and the depth of the defect is detected. If the depth found is above the depth specified in the standards, the paint is automatically sprayed where the defect is and the faulty material is separated from the material.

The Eddy Current Test works with the principle that the circular electric field created by the magnetic field change in the conductor changes by taking advantage of the electrical conductivity difference in the faulty parts of the material and is detected by sensors that detect this change. The Eddy Current surface crack test is used for peeled materials as it is a very sensitive test that depends on the surface condition of the material.

CIRCOGRAPH is used to detect longitudinal defects in peeled round materials, while DEFECTOMAT is used to detect transverse and point defects.
